Didier Chambeau has legal and accounting qualifications and has been practicing Corporate Law for 25 years. His clients are almost exclusively companies and he assists them in all stages of their development: choice of structure, formation, legal aspects, mergers, acquisitions, sales, legal formalities applying to companies.

He works in constant liaison with the legal, administrative and finance departments of companies. As a result of his training, he approaches matters from a Tax Law and accounting standpoint.

Given his experience, he is regularly appointed to manage shareholders’agreements in many companies. He created and was the head of the Corporate Law unit at the EFB Law School for five years.

Didier Chambeau has held numerous elected professional offices: member of the National Council of Bar Associations (1992 – 1996 and 2009 – 2011), Representative for the National Fund for the French Bar Associations (1992 – 1996 and 2009 – 2011). He is currently the Honorable Chairman of the Society of Corporate Lawyers for Paris and the Ile de France region, an active member of the Corporate Lawyers Association, and Administrator and Treasurer of the EFB Law School.
