He places emphasis on working as a team with the top managers and other advisors of the companies he assists. He has extensive experience in negotiation and managing complex projects.

Laurent Julienne leads LERINS AVOCATS’ Corporate Department in conjunction with his team comprised of Natacha Kouznetzoff, Cédric Vincent and Liên Le alongside Didier Chambeau’s teams.

Laurent Julienne is a founding member of ESSEC Business & Development Club.
He is an active member of AIJA (worldwide Business lawyers association). He regularly runs training sessions and speaks in conferences before audiences of company top managers and legal top managers.

Laurent Julienne is a graduate from ESSEC and the EFB Law School in Paris. He practised at Siméon & Associés from 1994 and then at Veil Armfelt Jourde La Garanderie from 1998. He formed his own law firm in 2001 and merged with LERINS AVOCATS in 2007, of which he is a founding partner.

Laurent Julienne is the Managing Partner at LERINS AVOCATS. He is co-author, with his tax partner, Alexis Katchourine, of a book called « Le Management Package – Outils d’intéressement au capital des salariés et dirigeants » (Lamy Collection Axe Droit -2010)
